Composition

Synthetic fibre fabric impregnated and coated with polymer modified bitumen compound laminated to PVC sheeting. The compound surface is protected by a plastic film interleaving which is discarded during application.

Characteristics

Densopol 60HT is:

• exceptionally resistant to shear,

• resistant to damage by backfill, and

• suitable for tropical climates.

Uses

Densopol 60HT is used for the protection and refurbishment of steel and ductile pipes, joints, tie rods, bends and fittings in tropical climates.

Service temperature: -10°C to +60°C

Short-term peak temperature +75°C

​Application, Testing, Availability & Storage

​Apply Densopol 60 HT at +15°C to +50°C using Denso Primer D. Ensure proper tension, overlap, and a crease-free application. Available in 10 m or 30 m rolls, with widths from 50–300 mm. Store in a cool, dry place in the original packaging and dispose of waste responsibly.
